With current capacity for the Company between £6 million - £8million, and undertaking projects in value of up to £3 million we can offer our clients a range of the following services:

We regularly work with architects, surveyors and engineers; we have built up strong relationships with local health authorities, county councils, schools and colleges, factories and the brewery industry.

Our sister company Scothern Developments specialises in the procurement of development land and buildings for re-development; this can be for housing, retail, industrial, and commercial markets.

The majority of our skilled craftsmen are full time employees of Scothern Construction, which provides us with the confidence that the works we undertake will be completed on time and to the highest standards.

As an approved contractor for construction line, a government approved body that have assessed our quality of systems of work, health and safety procedures together with our ongoing training and investment, this demonstrates our dedication to quality and efficiency in the construction industry.
