Welcome to the Scothern Construction web site. Scothern Construction is a family run business operating in the midlands and north of England. We are a well established company offering 40 years experience within the building and construction industry.

We specialise in new build construction, building refurbishment, stonework restoration, listed building restoration together with small works and maintenance within the commercial, industrial and historical sectors from small contracts up to projects of £3 million.

We regularly work together with architects, surveyors and engineers, local health authorities, county councils, schools and colleges, factories and within the brewery industry .

We are an approved contractor for construction line, a government approved body who have assessed our quality of systems of work, health and safety procedures together with ongoing training and investment which demonstrates our dedication to quality and efficiency in the construction industry.Scothern Construction carries out work within the food production sector for various large well known Blue Chip companies carrying out a wide variety of building construction works and maintenance.

We take pride in our quality worksmanship by skilled craftsmen to meet the necessary contract deadlines. All works are overseen by a suitably qualified site manager / contracts manager to ensure work progresses smoothly and safely. On the maintenance side we carry out day to day maintenance for mainly public and private clients.
